Consumer Justice Texas is building a proactive, technology-enabled nonprofit legal-services model that identifies newly filed consumer-debt cases, reaches defendants early, and provides lawyer-led representation at no charge to the client.
Consumer Justice Texas is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Legal services will be available in English and Spanish.
The premise is simple: a person should have a meaningful chance to defend a lawsuit before losing it by default.
